Terry Black's BBQ is a well-known barbecue restaurant in Austin, Texas, recognized for its slow-smoked meats and traditional sides. It was founded by brothers Terry and Mike Black, who learned the craft from their father, a longtime pitmaster. The Black family barbecue legacy doesn't end with Terry Black's BBQ. Another branch of the family operates a separate BBQ joint called Black's Barbecue in Lockhart, Texas.
